Step into the magical world of our Harry Potter-themed afternoon teas at our enchanting shop in Westgate, Kent! Choose to dine in the spellbinding main lounge or the intimate, cosy potion room, each offering a unique atmosphere that will transport you straight to Hogwarts.
Our menu caters to all, with delicious vegan options available. Immerse yourself in the wizarding world by donning one of our cloaks and savoring a delightful butterbeer ice cream float. Feeling adventurous? Try one of our spooky mocktails with a smoky twist!
For the month of October we will not be running Harry Potter afternoon teas as we’re in halloween mode. This year we will see our “Haunted Mansion” offering
Potion Room
The potion room is a long narrow space, with a bar style table and bar stools & seats a max of 6 people. It’s dark and spooky, and a bit like the cupboard under the stairs!
main room
The main room is part of the main shop area. Again, it’s very SMALL . We have cinema seats, a bench seat, and barrel seats as well as hostess (anything off the trolley dears),trolleys instead of conventional tables. This room has a dragon, a werewolf and a nod to the Hogwarts express. This room seats a max of 6/ 7

A Magical Notice from Our Wizarding Café
All year round, our little shop is brimming with wizarding wonder & Harry Potter magic — from the aroma of freshly brewed Butterbeer to the sparkle of potion bottles on our shelves. But when October arrives (and sometimes a touch into November), a new kind of magic takes hold… During this time, we leave the world of Harry Potter behind and fully transform our café into an entirely new Halloween theme. Each year brings something different — for example, this year we stepped into The Haunted Mansion. Expect eerie elegance, gothic charm, and a brand-new seasonal afternoon tea inspired by the theme.
Before you apparated to our door, a few friendly reminders from our resident ghosts: We’re a tiny magical space, and tables disappear faster than a golden snitch — especially on weekends and holidays. Thinking of popping in for coffee and cake? It’s always best to call ahead to check availability. There’s no room for prams, and our space is not wheelchair accessible. We do not cater for gluten-free diets or vegan, and any other dietary requirements must be clearly mentioned in your booking notes. Feeling under the weather (or under a curse)?
